My father’s name is “Ramesh Singh” and Mother’s is “Sunita Singh” in all their documents. We, three children, have different variations of names on our passports, with and without Surname/Lastname.
My passport says, “Ramesh Singh Rana” as my father’s name and “Sunita Singh Rana” as my Mother’s name.
My brother’s passport says, “Ramesh Singh Rana” as my father’s name and “Sunita Singh” as my Mother’s name.
My sister’s passport says, “Ramesh Singh” as my father’s name and “Sunita Singh” as my Mother’s name.

What names should be on my parent’s passports so that they can get dependent visas from USA or Australia or Canada, so that no problems occur during immigration and/or getting dependent visas?

In all my certificates (10th, 12th and degree) and even in my old passport my name is SUSHRUT but later after knowing the importance of last name, I got my name changed to SUSHRUT KUMAR and got a new passport issued in new name. O found that name cannot be changed in certificates. Will this mismatch cause any problem in future?

In all of my certificates(10th,12th,under-graduation,Aadhaar,PAN,Passport,Bank Passbooks), my name is mentioned as GORLE XXXXX and my father name is mentioned as GORLE XXXXXXX. But in all of my father certificates, his name is mentioned as GORLI XXXXXXX. In 2019, I have applied for a Schengen Visa, to attend a Conference but was rejected on the basis of “Information submitted regarding justification of purpose is not reliable” though I have submitted all correct documents.
I am planning to study abroad in 2021, In that process will I face any Visa related problems because of different surnames of my father in his and my certificates?

My name throughout my Birth, 10th, 12th, Aadhar, Passport, etc is SRITAM DAS (FirstName SecondName) but in my Graduation Marksheets from Mumbai University, it’s written as DAS SRITAM SUDHANSHU HEMANGINI (LastName FirstName FatherName MotherName). I mean they assume everyone who’s studying in Maharashtra has Maharashtra Style Naming Format, which is shitty.
