List of Documents Required for the Admission in Germany

These are the list of Documents Required for the Admission in Germany.

Collect all documents, you will need it while you apply for Admission in Germany.

  • 10th mark sheet (First preference – originally attested by College principal/ HOD/ Professors or Second preference – Public notary)
  • 12th mark sheet (First preference – originally attested by College principal/ HOD/ Professors or Second preference – Public notary)
  • Degree mark sheets – semester wise (First preference – originally attested by College principal/ HOD/ Professors or Second preference – Public notary)
  • Degree Certificate – (First preference – originally attested by College principal/ HOD/ Professors or Second preference – Public notary)
  • TOEFL / IELTS – (First preference – originally attested by College principal/ HOD/ Professors or Second preference – Public notary)
  • GRE – (First preference – originally attested by College principal/ HOD/ Professors or Second preference – Public notary)
  • Transcripts-Registrar of the University.
  • Recommendation letters and envelops (from 3 recommenders: Principal, HOD or Professors / Employer if working)

All the recommendation letters have to be on the original letter head and also contain the seal and sign of the recommender, the recommendation letter should be dated and contain the e mail id and contact number of the recommender. All the recommendation letters have to be enclosed in the envelop of the organization or if the organization does not provide you the envelope, then you have to take plain envelops and get the organization stamp & recommenders sign on the front side and the round seal on the back side of the envelope.

  • Statement of Purpose  – Prepare Identitical SOP’s for each university’s.
  • Project Synopsis – (Should include – Title, Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Interpretation of the results, Conclusion, Suggestions etc) 3  to 4 pages matter. The hard copies have to be submitted.
  • Academic resume
  • Passport (front and the back pages, no attestation required)
  • Other certificates – extracurricular activities (sports/ cultural)- This one is an optional one, You will not need it .
