Certainly yes. Having work experience is recommended but not mandatory for some german universities. However, if you want your profile to stand out during admission process, gaining work experience is highly recommended.

Yes, MS in Germany is considered almost free as you pay only for the living and examination expenses. Finding a non-it job in Germany requires conversational knowledge of German. If you decide to pursue MBA in Germany, then be prepared to learn German to land in a job.

Is MBA in Germany worth it?It all depends on what your specific scenario is.MBA is not a stamp that makes it all easy. So one has to evaluate his or her own experience, inclination and attitude before taking the leap.Also it will depend on what are your other options, and what is the main reason for you to consider Germany as an option? Is it cost ? (lesser than Popular American schools and one year MBA against 2 in USA) or is it that you already know German language?If you know German language already and are prepared to make it even better and work in an environment where German language will be the main language of use then by all means go for a MBA from Mannheim Business School. (To my knowledge it is only ranked school in FT 100 ranking form Germany)If however you plan is to do this MBA and move to your home country or you do not know, nor do you intend to learn German language then this is not a good option. You can do MBA with language of instruction as English but out in the job market you would always lose out against a candidate who can speak German. Also please note that German work culture usually values the experience more than the degree. Hence it is important to have sizable experience already under your belt and then doing the MBA and the job search in the area that is connected to your experience.I know of people who did a German MBA without any knowledge of German and also got a job based on their English language skills. However they realized the importance of German within few months of working and eventually learnt the language (that is critical if one wants to have a successful career in Germany)So based on this take your decision. From the job market perspective German economy is doing very well. However getting a job in specific sectors is easier that others. It is probably easiest to find a job in IT (Either technical or project management etc), then medicine, Pure sciences or technology areas. It would not be easy finding a job in Accounting or Finance / Banking or even lets say general Engineering sector (unless your experience is very niche and special and your German language skills are superlative – read C1/C2 and you speak fluent German)

I am currently working in Germany as a Technical Engineer since 2016. I did a one-year apprenticeship in Germany in 2015. So, in total, I have work experience of 4 years including apprenticeship. I gave GRE in 2016 and scored 300. I need to yet appear for TOEFL/IELTS. I have attained German B1 level.
I am basically a mechanical engineer and received my Engineering degree in India with 57%. I know this can be a drawback to my profile for pursuing MBA in Germany.

Take up any field other than HR. Problem with experience in HR is that it’s not easy to get employed in Germany unless you speak fluent German.

It is possible if you apply to private universities. But yes, it’s too expensive and not worth the money. With 9 years, work experience, I suggest you look for relevant job positions in Germany
