For family reunion visa for child, there is also a cover letter required. Now my question is, the cover letter should be on child’s behalf. I mean same way as spouse or parent(mother) can write and sign on child’s behalf? If one of the parent is in Germany , then can one parent can sign or both parents need to sign?

How can I write a cover letter for my Minor Child to issue National Family Reunion Visa on my Child’s behalf? Is there a sample letter available, I need very urgently to apply.
